Larissa Koutakos
BCBA

Larissa Koutakos, has been certified since 2015 and has worked with children and adults with autism from 18 months to adulthood. Larissa works with complex behavioural issues and supports parents through the ACT framework to manage stress and home life with children on the spectrum. Larissa currently coaches parents and educators across different settings to run home and school programmes, and develop behaviour plans. Larissa also offers high quality supervision to other Behaviour Practitioners and BCBAs.
Daisy Hughes

Daisy Hughes has worked with children and young adults with autism and additional needs for 6 years. She completed her undergrad degree in SEN and became an ABA tutor in 2021. In 2023, Daisy graduated from Bangor University with an ABA masters. She is now a behaviour analyst at an ABA sixth form in south London and is undertaking supervision to obtain her UKBA-Cert.

Patricia Guerrero
BCBA

Patricia has worked with children and parents for 20 years. Patricia worked in Sure Start Centres with both neurotypical and children with additional needs. After having her children, she obtained a Master's degree(MA) in Behaviour Analytic Psychology from the University of Reno, Nevada(UNR) USA, whilst working with children with autism and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has a Masters in Human Resources, a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and a BA in International Relations and Psychology. Sue first became involved with Focus South London which her daughter attended, and was very excited to get the opportunity to launch Focus Surrey in September 2016. Sue has volunteered as the Saturday club's Operations Manager since September 2016 as well as chair of trustees from May 2018.
Ana Marta Huffstot
ABA Supervisor & Artist Educator

Ana Marta has been supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, in both special and mainstream settings, since 2014. In the past 7 years, Ana Marta has worked collaboratively with many experienced BCBAs in a wide variety of ABA programmes in home and school programmes in both mainstream and ABA schools.
Karolina Gburczyk
BCBA

Karolina holds a Masters Degree in psychology from Poland, which she gained in 2003. In 2009, she was awarded a Diploma in Play Therapy. She has worked on numerous home ABA programmes and has supported clients in mainstream schools and nurseries.
Tracey
Tibbals
BCBA

Tracey has around 25 years of experience working with children with autism and related language delays. Whilst at university, she worked as a tutor on a home programme for a young boy. After tutoring on two further ABA programmes, Tracey joined Rainbow School, an ABA school in London, working her way up to senior supervisor/consultant. Tracey has worked with children with a range of different needs and abilities including ASD, ADHD, emotional and behavioural difficulties and Global Developmental Delay. She has a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Bangor University and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.
